Keep the "work/life balance" Steve. I know it's hit close to home there. But don't let that place take you away from what is obviously something you get great joy in doing.

Anonymous...unfortunately, in the work "work/life balance" equation I'm having problems on both sides of the scale. In fact, I'll go so far as to say the work part is probably the more manageable of the two at the moment.JD....Yes. The problem for me now is that I tend to write about what I'm currently thinking/interested in at the moment. When I started this, I put a few rules into place, including that I will not write about my employer or (generally speaking) members of my immediate family. Right now the things that are front in center in my head have to do with (a) Family and (b) Work. It will, as they say, all come out in the wash.
