Morris Arboretum

More pictures from the Morris Arboretum.

The arboretum has a fernery that is apparently "guarded" by a cat.

I suspect the cat was more interested in the Koi that were in the fernery's pond.  Needless to say we didn't let him in.  He seemed somewhat disappointed.

As noted the other day, I loved this place and will definitely be back, perhaps in the Fall.

Ah, you met Harry the cat. I try to find/visit him every time I go to the arboretum. I think his job is to help control the rodent population around the fernery, but I'm not certain.

YES!! I even have a few pictures of him...a beautiful cobalt blue/grey cat...and yes, he was right at the fernery...in fact I think he expected us to let him in (but we didn't).

Thanks for commenting.
