I normally delete comments similar to what &...SPAM<br /><br />I normally delete comments similar to what "Jocelyn" posted, as I'm not interested in promoting anyone or anything, other than myself. I'll also note that I don't know anything about "WorkSimple" either.<br /><br />However, I think that there should be new and better ways to think about performance management, goal attainment, etc.; that noted, I'm going to leave the comment up. Check out the "WorkSimple" site if you like...or don't.
